Our commitments
The Fil en Forme workshop creates textile items for designers, businesses and communities, supporting local, supportive and responsible production.
WHO ARE WE ?

Fil en Forme, created in 2005, is an Integration Workshop whose mission is to facilitate access to and retention in employment, for the benefit of people threatened with socio-professional disruption.
The workshop produces a wide range of textile items for communities, businesses, and designers. Entrusting us with the production of your creations means committing to a local, inclusive, and responsible textile industry.
Social mission
Appropriate the labor codes
At Fil en Forme, we support around twenty people from the Lyon metropolitan area each year towards employment . Supervised by our professionals, the team members learn to work as a team, respect a framework, schedules and instructions.
Coming from diverse backgrounds, they transform their difficulties into opportunities to build a more stable and autonomous future.

Working on a professional project
Each team member benefits from personalized support with a dedicated advisor . Together, they build a concrete project : training, internships, driving licenses or French courses.
The goal? To prepare for a solid professional future and pave the way to sustainable employment.

Eco-responsible approach

Giving textiles a second life, giving people a future
In our integration workshop, each creation carries a double commitment: to preserve the planet and support human journeys towards autonomy.
For the planet: through upcycling, we transform forgotten fabrics, clothing, and linens into unique, useful, and sustainable pieces. Less waste, more responsible creativity.
For people: we train and support people who are far from employment by passing on to them know-how in sewing and responsible production. Each piece becomes the symbol of learning and a new opportunity.
Our creations combine style, ethics and positive impact — to build a more sustainable and united future together.
