You have 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal. Returns must be made in their original and complete condition. Return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Your item will be shipped within 3 to 5 days via La Poste. We use reusable packaging, and you are encouraged to follow the instructions to return the envelope.
